Rynvo, LLC ("Rynvo", "we", "us") operates https://rynvo.media. This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies — local storage, session storage, and third-party embeds — that the site uses, and how you control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly.

We run no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, and no cross-site tracking, and we sell nothing to anyone. Analytics stay switched off until you allow them. The only things that run before you choose are the ones the site cannot work without.

Your choice is stored on this device and applies until you change it. Reopen the panel below, or use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as granting it, and takes effect immediately — scripts you switch off are removed from the page.

The inline scheduler on /book and /contact. Calendly sets its own cookies inside its embed to hold your place in the booking flow, and receives the name and email you enter there. Only these two pages load it; every other page links out instead.

Cookieless, aggregate page-view counts. It stores nothing on your device and builds no profile — but it is still a request carrying your IP address and the page you are on, so we ask first.

PostHogTHIRD PARTY // UP TO 12 MONTHS

Product analytics and session replay, used to see where people get stuck. Until you allow measurement, PostHog is held in cookieless mode and writes nothing to your device. Allow it and it sets an identifier so repeat visits can be counted as one person rather than several.

WHY WE'RE ALLOWED TO

Strictly necessary cookies are set under our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website — the ePrivacy Directive exempts them from prior consent because the service you asked for cannot be delivered without them.

Everything else runs on your consent, collected before the relevant script loads and recorded with a timestamp so we can show when and how it was given. Which prompt you see depends on where you are: visitors in the EU/EEA and UK get an opt-in banner, and visitors in US states with their own privacy statutes get the notice those laws require.

Consent is managed with c15t, an open-source consent platform. It records the decision itself, not a profile of you.
