The infrastructure is designed for it — edge caching and architectures that scale with demand rather than a fixed box that falls over at 40x. A campaign spike is a success condition, and the system is built to treat it that way.

DO I OWN MY SITE AND INFRASTRUCTURE?

Yes. Code, content, and configuration are yours, and the documentation to hand it to any competent team is a deliverable. No hostage arrangements — we would rather keep the work by being good at it than by making leaving expensive.
